Hot Pilates at BYAA!
We are thrilled to announce the introduction of Hot Pilates at BYAA! We have heard from our students and we are responding! Led by our certified Inferno Hot Pilates Instructor and BYAA Student Debbie Klemptner, IHP is a mat based, high intensity interval training workout (HIIT) using pilates principles. This challenging and motivating 60 minute class is all low impact to protect your joints and muscles, and is perfect for all fitness levels! Incorporating pilates creates long lean muscle mass, and the HIIT keeps your heart rate up and helps to burn fat (even long after class is over!). IHP focuses on strengthening the core, increasing endurance and flexibility, and improving overall health and fitness in a high energy, full body workout. Non-BYAA Members can pay a special drop -in rate of $10! Current BYAA members can use your class package.
