Jen started practicing this yoga as a way to warm up one cold Michigan winter and was quickly hooked. She started with a 60 day challenge and just kept going.
I have practiced every kind of yoga under the sun and moon but it wasn’t until I stepped into the hot room for the first time and completed a Bikram Yoga class did I really fall in love with myself and everyone around me.
My first yoga class was at the age of 15. I was very athletic and discovered that practicing yoga had profound benefits both physically and mentally.
Bikram yoga has been a mainstay in my life for the past 10+ years. It’s counter-intuitive to think doing the same postures in the same order every class isn’t boring but this series will change your mind!
