I practice Bikram Yoga because it allows me to live my best life. I came to my first class seeking relief from constant injuries due to climbing and running. Since then the practice has helped me maintain, heal, and rejuvenate my body, so that I can continue doing the things I enjoy doing.

In addition to the physical benefits, I also have a more positive outlook on life, and teaching has greatly improved my self confidence.  I am so grateful and blessed to be able to share my love for this yoga with the dedicated yogis at Bikram Yoga Ann Arbor.
