Practicing yoga on a regular basis has brought peace, compassion, and much more patience into my life. I no longer take prescription drugs on a regular basis, I feel better, and I can always count on feeling good after a Bikram Yoga Class .
I am so thankful that I have found something I can do in my later-years. My only regret about Bikram Yoga is not finding it sooner. Now it is time for me to share this wonderful gift with all of you. I look forward to meeting you in the Hot Room!
